At Portside Pet Co., our sitters stay with your pets in your home for the duration of your travels, with a tiered pricing model that reflects the number of pets our sitters will be caring for.
We are a Pet-Inclusive service, meaning whether you have three dogs, two cats or an extra special lizard, we will provide the required custom care for all sorts of pets while you’re away.

In-Your-Home Pet Sitting (1 Pet)
Starting at $105.00 per night. Price includes:
24 hours of pet sitting in your home for up to 1 pet (does not include fish).
Frequent pet updates, photos, and videos.
On-demand video calling between you and your pet.
Special tasks while you’re away - like bringing in the mail, watering plants, etc.
In-Your-Home Pet Sitting (2 Pets)
Starting at $120.00 per night. Price includes:
24 hours of pet sitting in your home for up to 2 pets (does not include fish).
Frequent pet updates, photos, and videos.
On-demand video calling between you and your pets.
Special tasks while you’re away - like bringing in the mail, watering plants, etc.
In-Your-Home Pet Sitting (3+ Pets)
Starting at $135.00 per night. Price includes:
24 hours of pet sitting in your home for 3 or more pets (does not include fish).
Frequent pet updates, photos, and videos.
On-demand video calling between you and your pets.
Special tasks while you’re away - like bringing in the mail, watering plants, etc.
Stays of 7+ nights qualify for reduced weekly rate pricing.

Arlo is the inspiration behind the creation of Portside Pet Co.! An anxious little dude, Arlo hates when his humans travel and does not do well when he’s taken out of his home environment. He spends his days on home security duty at the front door and protects his humans against the mail couriers.

Ellie entered our home as a rescue at the young age of 10! She was set to be euthanized at a shelter in Texas, but was luckily rescued by a Canadian Charity. She now spends her days hunting bugs in the backyard and sun tanning on her perch.

A vacation to Turks & Caicos quickly turned into a rescue mission to bring Spot home from a local rescue on the island. He now spends his days sleeping on the couch and hanging out with his not-so-big brother, Arlo.

Hi, I’m Amanda — lifelong animal lover, professional pet spoiler, and the heart behind Portside Pet Co. Growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish and everything in between, I learned early on that every pet has their own personality, quirks, and comfort needs.
That’s why I built Portside Pet Co. to be all about in-home, stress-free pet sitting that keeps your furry family right where they feel happiest: their own space. Whether your pet is a couch-cuddler, a fetch champion, enjoys a nice walk to a local coffee shop, or prefers silent supervision, I tailor care to match their routine, moods, and comfort level.
I pride myself on giving our clients the best of both worlds — a fun and friendly sitter who sends lots of photos and updates, and a responsible, insured professional you can trust with your pets and in your home while you’re away.
